Check out all the great memories we have of third grade by viewing our class slideshow!  I have been so proud to be your teacher.  You are an incredible group of children and I know you will do great things.  I will miss you all terribly but you are all ready for fourth grade.  Have a wonderful summer!  Love, Miss Fremeau

Welcome to to all the new Fremeaus that will be joining me in the fall!  I can't wait for another great school year.  To help get you started off on the right foot, my current students have a few pieces of advice and words of wisdom about how to be successful in your new class:

-  "You will like Miss Fremeau" - Bryce

-  "Be respectful, responsible, and safe.  Also be polite."  - Madie

-  "Always cooperate.  Remember to always listen.  Don't fool around!  Be polite and
     respectful." - Sam

-  "There is one rule of Memorial to be successful and to just believe in yourself."
    - Emilia
A special thanks to Emilia for making a third grade memories presentation for us to enjoy.  What a great surprise!

Thanks to all the parent volunteers who helped our class tie-dye our field day t-shirts!  We had a great afternoon with our families and volunteers. We appreciate so much support!  Thank you!

We are now learning about fractions!  A unit fraction represents one of equal parts of a whole, and thus has a numerator of 1.  A non-unit fraction represents more than one of equal parts of a whole, and thus has a numerator greater than 1.  Here are some photographs of us building these fractions:

I hope that everyone is enjoying a wonderful April vacation!  Please enjoy these photos from our SCA service learning project, an interpretive field day, in which students presented information about various New Hampshire science topics and engaged in a variety of educational field day activities.

We have been learning about New Hampshire ecosystems with our SCA team for several months.  Our class has learned so much from Miss Krystal, Mr. Randal, and Mr. Donovan. As part of our service learning project, we constructed and painted birdhouses for our school grounds.  Students also researched many of the birds that may rest in our houses, and we will present this information at tomorrow's "Interpretive Field Day."  Remember to dress appropriately for the weather...and wear sturdy footwear in case of muddy conditions!
